Salary negotiation coaching

Let’s be honest, talking about and asking for money can feel super awkward. But I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be quite so awkward. How much do you even ask for? When’s the best time to ask for it? And do you doubt you’re even worth more? These, and many more questions, will be covered in Salary Negotiation Coaching.

The Process:

This is a recommended 2-3 sessions coaching package.

We will use the first session to learn what’s holding you back from negotiating and how to verbalize your ask in a way that resonates with you. We’ll discuss what you asking “number” is and we’ll talk about when is the opportune time for you to ask. You’ll leave this session with concrete homework as well. Entrepreneur? Self-employed? Yup, this applies to you, too. You can negotiate your rates as well.

The second session will be spent brainstorming how to approach the appropriate human you will be negotiating with and addressing any of the tricky/icky topics that come up. The homework after this second session will be skills based and offer you the opportunity to practice your examples and story telling.

The third session will consist entirely of practice and repeat so that you can reinforce all you’ve learned. I know this part especially can sound uncomfortable, but I promise to make it fun and even better, I promise you will walk away more confident in your ask!
