The Mission: You want to build a profitable and ethical business
The Method: An anti-capitalist business coaching program to help you break from hustle culture, live in your zone of genius, and build an offer that doesn’t reach one, but many.
Your business is working. You’re making decent money, you’ve built a small but mighty team (or are on your way to hiring), and you even have clients booked out three months in advance.
You tell yourself you should be thrilled that your business is working, but instead you just feel … exhausted. You're overwhelmed. You're stretched too thin. Shit, some days you feel more like a firefighter running around dousing the flames of burning buildings than an established business owner. And there’s an ever-growing part of you that wonders if you should just let it all burn and start selling tiki torches on the beach.
It’s not that you don’t care about your business, you just thought that at some point you wouldn’t have to work so damn hard, or so much. No matter what “productivity hack” you try, you feel like there are never enough hours in the day.
Isn’t owning a business supposed to eventually give you more freedom?
You’re right. It is. You should be able to build your business in a way that lets you work less. Like, way less. You should be able to spend whole, work-free summers in the South of France if you feel like it. Or simply take your work week down to 4 days a week without worrying if the sky will fall on you, your employees, and your livelihood.
That way of life is entirely possible, and you’re capable of building it. You start by learning how to denounce a system that values labor over impact and has no regard for your time, sanity, health, or talents.
Welcome to the Made 4 More Mastermind
Enter: Made 4 More, a coaching program for womxn business owners who know they’re made for more than hustle culture, 40-plus-hour work weeks, one-size-fits-all "bro" marketing techniques, and spending countless hours on social media trying to gain a few extra followers.
I want to help you do just the opposite: work only as much (or as little) as you choose, create an offer that's tailored to your strengths and that can reach many people at once... all in a way that leaves you, your team, and your customers feeling respected, honored, and whole.
I'm so in and ready to apply!I know you can have the business you want.
What happens when I join Made 4 More?
I've been in other business masterminds before and this is the first time I've felt like I'm building systems and practices tailor-made for me and how I work best.
I joined Made 4 More because I knew the way I was running my business was stifling my creativity and wasn't sustainable. I rarely felt like I had the energy or clarity to determine where to go next with my business.
In my first 1:1 conversation with Emily, she immediately dialed in on how my strengths were actually operating at such a high that they were getting in the way of some of my other goals. I felt so seen and also valued for who I uniquely am - without any sense of judgement.
Another reason I joined was Emily's explicit commitment to diversity and anti-capitalist principles. As a Black woman, I'm often watching carefully to see how people live out values beyond website statements. Watching Emily on Instagram, looking at how her business gives back to communities, and how open she is to new perspectives convinced me that this was a place where I could bring all of myself - not just my business side.
Nariah Broadus
Leadership & Career Coach
Made 4 More has completely reframed the way I think about business, my time, and my quality of life.
I’m about six months into the program, and I don’t even want to think about what my business might look like right now if I hadn’t joined. A lot of coaches claim to have the “formula” for “working less and making more,” and their products are often disappointing. But with Made 4 More, that’s actually what’s happened. I’m getting more clients than ever, charging higher rates, and finally creating a group offer that feels like me.
Whenever I feel stuck, or overwhelmed, or am just having a really crappy week, this group makes everything feel easier and, even better, make sense again. I can’t imagine trying to run my business without it.
Christie Chisholm
Copywriter & Writing Coach
Made 4 More has taught me different ways of thinking about doing business, both from an organizational model perspective and a mindset perspective.
The program has also validated my core belief that success is not synonymous with hustle and heartache and has given me practical and useful tools to make a healthy and happy version of success a reality for me and my team.
I have completely transformed how I evaluate the work to take on. I now assess how well any initiative or project aligns with my strengths and what brings me joy, in addition to what has the most growth potential. My business is developing a new and innovative offer to help our clients in new and effective ways. Personally, I’ve learned a lot about myself and am making decisions more true to who I am and what I want. This has meant less chaos and more sanity.

It can often be challenging to know how much to price something. I work with our clients on this every day in Made 4 More. While I readily acknowledge that “charge what you’re worth” has helped lots of marginalized folks ask for more, it also reinforces scarcity thinking in the form of “getting what’s yours” or “they’re out to get me.”
Instead I teach all of my clients to figure out what they need to charge to meet their needs, the needs of their team, the needs of their family, and the needs of their community. In order to meet my personal needs and the needs of others who depend on me, I charge the above amount for Made 4 More.
I also acknowledge that the price point I have chosen is out of reach for many. If that is you, I strongly encourage you to reach out and see how we work with folks experiencing financial hardship. We have limited scholarships available every year and are also quite savvy at helping you find money. All you have to do is ask!
Made 4 More combines the 3 things you need to succeed: private coaching, community, and a self-paced curriculum.
In Made 4 More, we practice what we preach. We believe your business will be most successful when you create a model that’s specific to you, rather than copying the hottest online trend. That’s why Made 4 More is its own breed of program.
Inside Made 4 More, you get group and 1:1 coaching, self-paced curriculum and live training, community support and direct access to coaches. We give you the best of all worlds—the intimacy of private coaching with the support and networking of a community.
Your Made 4 More membership includes:
Weekly Live Group Coaching Calls
Bring your questions or struggles and we’ll strategize on the spot, talk mindset, and overcome any challenges you’re experiencing. This is also an opportunity to submit your work for personalized feedback by one of our coaches—such as your sales page, webinar, email copy, registration page, content ideas, funnel pages, or anything else you want to throw at us! These calls are insanely valuable and the best way to get personalized support.
Your Success Path
The Made 4 More curriculum encompasses eight stages of growth that we call the Success Path. Part roadmap, part choose-your-own-adventure, the Success Path meets you where you are and helps walk you through the foundation of a sustainable business—reclaiming your time and worth—all the way to launching a flagship offer grounded in your strengths, ethics, and skills. Finally, the Success Path helps you hire a strengths-aligned team that supports you and your business, and makes it possible to earn way more while working way less.
What makes this curriculum like no other is that each step of the way takes your strengths into account, rather than giving you some one-size-fits-none approach. Each stage of the Success Path is framed through a refreshingly anti-capitalist lens, which means everyone who comes into contact with your offer (including you) will leave feeling respected, honored, and whole.
Quarterly 1:1 Coaching Calls
We wholeheartedly believe in a group format, and we also know the benefit of getting some 1:1 time with an expert. Each quarter, you’ll get a 60-minute 1:1 coaching session with one of the Made 4 More coaches. This is an opportunity to dream big with the support of a brilliant strategist, hash out any roadblocks you're hitting, and be in community with your coaches.
Worksheets, Copy-and-Paste Processes, & Templates
We’ve designed Made 4 More to be easy to implement. Each of the 8 stages of the curriculum are delivered via short videos (30 minutes or less) with accompanying worksheets, templates, and other handy resources.
This includes (but certainly isn’t limited to!): Social Media Stats Trackers, Hiring Templates, Identifying Your Offer and Dream Client Worksheets, Webinar Email Sequences, Welcome Email Sequences, Sales Page Examples, Blog Post Examples, Personal Brand Statements, Future Self Visualizations, Ideal Weekly Calendars, Discovery Call Scripts, CliftonStrengths Analyses, Inner Critic Worksheets, and so much more.
A Private Facebook Group
You’ll be surrounded by both online and brick + mortar business owners who are serious about creating a new definition for “work–life balance” while creating wildly profitable and impactful businesses.
In the M4M Facebook group, you can ask questions, get feedback from our team as well as your peers, and share wins every day. We have such a fabulous time in the group. Plus! We frequently have impromptu live trainings throughout the month on topics such as self-worth, decision making, taking time off, and finding your zone of genius.
Quarterly Planning Workshops
Join us live at the beginning of each quarter for a 90-Day Private Planning Workshop.
During these workshops, we’ll set your intention for the next 90 days, identify 1–3 goals you want to accomplish in that time, and lay all of the groundwork to meet those goals. If you've struggled to hold yourself accountable to reaching goals in the past, these planning sessions will change the entire way you look at goal-setting. All of our goal setting stems from a needs-focused lens instead of from a capitalist lens of growth over everything else.
Office Hours with the Made 4 More Coaches
Join expert coaches every Tuesday for office hours. We know how hard it can be to prioritize working on your business, not in it. So we give you plenty of opportunities to carve out that time for yourself. Get feedback on your work, ask questions, troubleshoot difficult clients or projects, or just come and work in community with your Made 4 More crew.
Expert Guest Trainings
We love to share the virtual mic and bring folx in to teach us their zone of genius. Trainings are hosted either by outside experts or members within Made 4 More who like to share their expertise with the community. Topics include: Diversity + Inclusion, Financial Planning, Taxes, Copywriting, Trademarking, Instagram Marketing, and more.
I joined Made 4 More to become a better businesswoman and to grow my business so it could fully support my family.
What I got has been that and so much more. Emily and the group have been a resource of all things business - social media support, useful techniques and strategies, one-on-one time with coaches, Q&A group sessions, but it has also been the source of some self-realizations that go above and beyond what we all have come to think business coaching is.
Overall what this group has brought in to my life is support! At times pushing me to go deeper and question why I have a specific insecurity, supporting me in developing new skills, and other times validating my decision to take a step back and rest. Rest?? In this hustle culture era?? Yep!
Because success means having a balanced life, too, and with Made 4 More you get a brilliant business coaching team and they see that you're more than just a business.

Ok, now tell me more about that Success Path...
Many group coaching programs throw a TON of resources at you at once, in an attempt to "deliver value." It sounds awesome, but almost always ends up being confusing, overwhelming and unhelpful.
In Made 4 More we have a tested and proven framework that we walk you through to get to your version of success. The best part is that you get to decide what stage you need to start with. We ask all our members to cover Stage 0, but once that's done, you'll check in with our coaches and decide together what stage to move to next.
This is how we're able to help folx at all stages of the business journey. Maybe you've got this rad-ass offer, but you've never emailed your list - no problem, go to Stage 4.
Or perhaps you've got a solid idea of who you want to work with, but you're not sure what that offer looks like on paper - perfect, go to Stage 3!
The Made 4 More Success Path:
Stage 0: Setting the Groundwork
Stage 0 is all about setting up your mental and emotional foundation. It's crucial to your success that you truly understand that you are worthy of time, energy, and money. Societal conditioning and your own lived experiences have ingrained decades of narratives that no longer serve you and are no longer true.
Stage 1: Understanding Your Strengths
In Stage 1 we dive deep into understanding your CliftonStrengths profile and your Zone of Genius. Your CliftonStrengths profile is 1 in 3 million and we believe your offer and brand should be just as unique. At this stage, your main goal is to get really good at knowing what you naturally excel at.
Stage 2: Identifying Your Market & Ideal Client
Stage 2 is all about getting clear on who you serve and what the market needs right now. Spend some time figuring out who your audience is, what their fears, frustrations, wants, and aspirations are, and how you can help them achieve their goals. Because this is the base that everything is built on.
Stage 3: Establishing Your Framework
Ready to have clarity about what all your offers and all your content should be about? Welcome to Stage 3. In this stage you'll identify the 3 pillars of your offer promise and the 9 tools to help your ideal client achieve success. Having a solid framework makes your life loads easier in terms of delivery, and it makes sales easier, too.
Stage 4: Building Your Audience
In Stage 4 we’ll focus on sharing your message and really getting to know your audience. With this intimate knowledge in hand, you can then focus on creating and delivering content that'll attract the right people, and build a sense of trust between you and them. This is also the Stage where you’ll be focused (maybe for the first time!) on growing your email list.
Stage 5: Creating Your Flagship
If you're in Stage 5 you're ready to start building out your curriculum and all the assets necessary to launch your new (or recently improved) offer. In Stage 5, you'll hone in deeper on how you want to deliver your offer promise. You'll go through the 7 qualifiers for an excellent offer and you'll choose where your offer is going to live - at least for the first round.
Stage 6: Launching Your Offer
It's time to launch! You've put in so much work to get to this place. In Stage 6 you're in the home stretch of building your new business model. We support you through your entire 90-day launch runway and tailor every step of the way to be as in alignment with your strengths as possible so you can preserve energy and be successful.
Stage 7: Growing Your Business
Once your offer is launched and out in the world, it’s time to start building the structures and systems needed to remove yourself from every aspect of it. This means hiring, planning future launches, looking at your analytics and stats, bringing systems and automations onboard, building additional verticals, and continuing to improve your signature offer.
Timeline for success and milestones along the way…
Month One:
Immediately upon enrolling in M4M you will have access to your work for the first month. This includes Orientation, Stage 0, and Stage 1 of the curriculum. Month one will unlock your 1st milestone call with our CEO & Founder, Emily Eley.
Month Two:
In month two, our intention is for you to cover Stage 2: Identifying Your Market & Ideal Client, as well as Stage 3: Establishing Your Framework. You'll get confident figuring out who you want to serve and the foundations of the offer you want to build.
Month Three:
In month three you have one focus and one focus only: Stage 4: Building Your Audience. Get ready to call your fans! This month is all about consistently and sustainably making content for social media and/or connecting with your email list.
Month Four:
In month four, you'll accomplish Stage 5 of the success path: Creating Your Flagship Offer. Once you've created your offer, you'll hit your second Milestone Call with CEO, Emily Eley, to discuss your specific launch strategy.
Months Five - Seven:
It's launch time! During these three months you'll be focused on Stage 6: Launch Your Offer. These three months will unlock your third milestone call with CEO, Emily Eley, to do a full launch debrief and plan next steps.
Months Eight - Twelve:
Months eight through twelve will be devoted to Stage 7: Grow Your Business. Here you'll set calendar dates for future launches, hire new team members, and bring on systems to help you scale and continue to grow.
Hey, friend!
I'm Emily. I'm a Strengths-Based Business Coach and fierce advocate for womxn entrepreneurs. I despise hustle culture and any narrative that tells me I need to be (or feel) busy in order to be worthy or make money.
I've devoted my career to teaching womxn and their supporters how to grow ethics-based and values-driven businesses without exploiting their energy or anyone elses. We've historially been taught to undervalue our time, give endlessly, and feel shameful dare we charge a penny for it. We've also been taught that running a business is "hard" and "should be" a lot of work.
My mission is to empower womxn-owned business, BIPOC-owned business, queer-owned business and other folx from marginalized communities to generate significant wealth, and make their unique impact on the world.
I created Made 4 More to bring a safe space into the world for womxn like you to dream, build, grow, and rest. Will you join us on our mission?
My Top 5 CliftonStrengths are: Activator, Maximizer, Strategic, Communication, Futuristic
You don't have to take our word for it, check out what these powerhouses have to say...
Emily is invested in supporting my experience of success, defined by me, and providing guidance, knowledge and tools along the way that will match me, rather than trying to change me to match the resources.
I have a place to bring my out of the box thinking without worrying how it will be received.
Our weekly group coaching calls are definitely a highlight for me. Hearing about other people's success, challenges, problem solving processes...it all keeps my gears turning and thinking about things in new ways.
This program is really great for people who are looking for a sense of community, encouragement to be kinder to themselves and a really practical and supportive process to focus on the work that they value the most.

You're looking for a particular kind of support.
We're looking for a particular kind of humyn.
Are we a match? You...
t
t
Sound familiar? Then you’re gonna be obsessed with Made 4 More, and we’ll be obsessed with you right back!
This is me! I am this humyn! We pride ourselves on not being a one-size-fits-all program
We follow the same guidelines we teach you. We're not for everyone, and this is a good thing!
- We’re not a quick fix. If you’re looking for a flashy silver bullet to chase, we ain’t it.
- We refuse to use manipulative and unethical sales, marketing, or leadership practices, which means we’re not down with shame/scarcity language, using fear tactics, income report marketing, #bossbabe culture, codependency coaching models, gaslighting, overriding people’s consent, or taking advantage of laborers to improve your bottom line.
- We do not support or believe in growing businesses that are harmful, or contribute to or benefit from the extraction or exploitation of people in any way.
- We do not support “empire building” or multi-level marketing structures.
- We're not for folx who aren't actually interested in receiving feedback and critique or looking at their limiting beliefs in a group format. We know your privacy matters and we take every measure to ensure that what's said in the group, stays in the group. That being said, you need to be willing to show up and talk in a group setting.
- We're not for folx who love drama. In Made 4 More, we are consistently working to simplify our lives and drama is the antithesis to simplicity.
Our guarantee to you, fellow business owner
Made 4 More is a 12-month investment. We chose 12 months because we know from years of experience and dozens of clients that significant long-term change in your business requires significant long-term support and attention.
Made 4 More is not a quick fix, although some parts of our process will go quickly! We aren’t ever going back to 9-5 corporate work or low-paying, high-demanding nonprofit jobs. We’re riding the entrepreneur train and we’re riding it for good. If you’re the same, having a longer term commitment is incredibly transformative.
So, yes, if you sign up, you’re in for the year.
That being said, we do have a 15 day cancelation policy. If after 15 days, you think “welp! I’m not ready for this," or, "I can’t do this," or, "This isn’t the right place for me,” you can leave and receive a 50% refund for that month's time.
We want you to want to be with us. We also want you to know we’re serious about the work we’re doing and so we will firmly hold to this policy.
What it's like to be in this Community
I joined M4M to learn how to build a business that's aligned with my values and how I aspire the world to be.
I wanted to build an anti-capitalist business that wasn't replicating the systems my clients–nonprofit organizations–are actively working/fighting against. I wanted to hire an employee - I did! And I wanted to build a one-to-many offer - It's almost there!
For a long time, I was always working "in" my business rather than "on" my business. That's great for my clients. But not so great for me. I often felt like a plumber whose house had leaky pipes. But you know what? That's not actually all that great for my clients. They deserve a consultant who can grow her business thoughtfully, intentionally, sustainably, and ethically. Because of Made 4 More, my new mantra is: "Be for myself who I am for my clients."

The groundwork Emily did with us helped me regain my focus, organize my time better, and feel less stressed while actually accomplishing more. Her knowledge of various tools and platforms has helped me manage my workflow and become more efficient and effective with social media.
- Emma G.
The support is incredible, the ability to learn from each other, and access to a teacher who truly wants you to succeed! Emily is there for you every step of the way—giving you the tools so we can all show up for ourselves and succeed.
- Jennifer W.
I've learned to move forward with imperfect action, and to set boundaries. Also, I've gained tremendous confidence and believe that direct sales IS a credible career path. I love that I've learned about different strategies in marketing and defining my niche of humans.
- Adria C.
Made 4 More has given me the confidence to lean into my entrepreneurial goals and the courage to start taking up space in the world. In less than 3 months, this incredible program supported me while I figured out how to start my business.
- Catie O.
If you feel like you're spinning your wheels with your business, join Made 4 More! It'll help you find clarity and once you know where you're taking your business, you have a group of people helping you, holding you accountable and cheering you on.

This sounds so rad, and I've got a few questions...
I’m really busy right now, how much time will this take each week?
I'm new in business! Just getting started. Will this be too "advanced" for me?
I'm a seasoned entrepreneur! Is this going to be too "basic" for me?
Can I cancel at any time?
Is this just for folx wanting to scale or can business owners with other goals join too?
Is there a clear path to success, or is it a bunch of random programs?
Can I join with my business partner/team/wife?
What happens after I join?
I don’t have childcare and/or I'm homeschooling right now. Is it realistic to think I can still do this?
Is Made 4 More for women only?
I want 1:1 coaching. Is that possible?
What are the times of the calls?
I don't live in the USA. Can I still join?
Can I join if I enjoy saying "All Lives Matter"?
I hate receiving feedback, constructive critiques on my work, and working as a team, and I generally believe I know everything and need no help in any way. Essentially, I'm perfect. Should I join?

Before working with Emily I was overwhelmed by the prospect of hiring, scaling, valuing my work outside of the “hourly” rate structure…really all things business and numbers related.
Emily was able to help me feel more in control by breaking what seemed like a mountain of a “to-do” list down into manageable, bite size pieces and help me focus on prioritizing the tasks that are most important for me to be doing in my business.
Emily has a calming, confident, considerate demeanor that was really attractive to me and balanced out the anxiety and frantic-ness that I often feel. Having that counter-balance and voice of reason has been instrumental in me being able to take action toward accomplishing my goals in my business.
Not only do I gain insight, clarity, and valuable business logistical information that has shortcut so many paths for me, I undoubtedly leave each meeting with a renewed sense of confidence. The support and empowerment she offers is invaluable because it’s the foundation for action, creation and success in business.

This program is perfect for anyone seeking a combination of self-direction, community and 1:1 attention.
Personally, my needs in those categories shift depending what's going on in my business, and M4M is always there to support me whether through the thorough curriculum, group calls, or 1:1 coaching that comes with the program.
Participating in Made 4 More has helped me reach business goals and more importantly, lifestyle goals. Even during stressful times at work, I don't have the knee-jerk reaction of "I need to work more hours." Instead, I have tools to prioritize and focus in on what will really make an impact.
One thing I'm incredibly proud of as a result of being in M4M is feeling 100% confident that hiring a full time employee was the right move! And reaching my first $40K+ month. Hell yes.

You don't have to do it all alone
In fact, you shouldn’t. And you probably already know that.
But letting go of the DIY mindset can be tough. After all, you got to where you are by doing it all yourself. So how do you know when it’s time to scale, build a team, delegate, and trust others to do some of the work for you?
Even scarier: How can you be sure the money you invest in a team will come back to you?
All of those question marks? That’s where we come in.
We’ll help you build a scaling roadmap that works with your specific strengths, needs, and timeframes.
You were made for more than 40-plus-hour work weeks, grinding, and hustling until there’s nothing left, only to feel like you’re still underpaid.
Let’s start scaling. Not just your business, but your future.
We believe in making it crystal-fucking-clear what our values are. These are some of them:
We believe Black Lives Matter, we stand for LGBTQIA+ rights, we know that what makes you different is your zone of genius, and we celebrate and welcome all intersectional identities—from neurodivergence to religious beliefs, disabilities, and everything in between. We actively invest in and are working to build an equitable, inclusive, anti-racist company from the inside out. We believe in science. We believe in climate change and the role humyns play in it. We do not support "empire building" or the exploitation of labor in any shape or form. We are constantly evaluating our language and always embrace critique and feedback. We encourage you to join our community if you share these values and want to work with a company with a dynamic, intersectionally diverse team and clients.
